The leak free vertical self-priming pump is a pioneering product that fills the domestic gap and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, steel, mining, and other industriespapermakingIn industries such as electric ferry, environmental protection, fire protection, construction, and sewage treatment, it partially replaces submersible pumps, long shaft pumps, submersible sewage pumps, or pumps used frequently to transport clean water, seawater, sewage containing smaller particles (excluding fibrous substances), industrial wastewater, oil or various corrosive media.
Product advantages
Our company successfully developed a new type of high-efficiency vertical self-priming pump in July 2013. In the past year, it has received considerable market feedback and is also quite competitive.
Its structural features include:
a. The secondary impeller sealing form used in conventional leak free vertical self-priming pumps has been cancelled and replaced with mechanical seals, greatly reducing shaft power.
b. The seal adopts an internal negative pressure structure, which has no leakage during operation and does not withstand pump pressure. Its service life is more than 10 times longer than that of general machine seals. The mechanical seal adopts a Bergman built-in mechanical seal.
c. The pump body structure adopts a single-stage liquid injection principle for one-time drainage, without the need for vacuum time, with good self-priming effect, achieving liquid discharge as soon as the power is turned on (0 self-priming time), achieving energy-saving effect.
d. Short pump shaft reduces pump vibration, long service life of motor bearings, and fewer maintenance and assembly parts.
e. The biggest advantage of this new type of self controlled self-priming pump is that it consumes more than 20% less energy than ordinary two-stage self-priming pumps, which is quite significant after one year and saves production costs for users.
f. The general self-priming depth is 5m, and in special cases, an auxiliary device can be added to achieve a suction depth of about 7m. (Please refer to the attached image for the structure of the auxiliary water tank.)
